G'day! Welcome to the friendly, Smart, State
The main population centre here is the state's capital, Brisbane. An hour to the north are the beaches of the Sunshine Coast including the Fraser Coast region an hour further north. An hour to the south are the beaches of the Gold Coast. An hour to the west is the city of Toowoomba and the start of the Queensland Outback. And an hour across the bay to the east are large, subtropical islands and, yes, more surf beaches.
Brisbane is officially 'Australia's most livable city' - and in a nation of many wonderful places to live, that's really something.
There are almost two million people in this part of the state. We also have vast, rugged national parks, great inshore and offshore fishing and sailing waters, tiny towns, sports stadiums and art galleries, 24-hour night life and native animal sanctuaries. You'll find some of Australia's finest restaurants not far from free ocean front barbecues where you can sizzle your own prime steaks or fresh prawns.
Recognized international hosts like Hilton, Sheraton and Novotel are just up the street from comfortable, economical backpacker hotels and youth hostels. You can travel in a limo or catch one of the regular bus or electric train services.

If you've never seen Brisbane up close you've got no idea what you're missing. Although Sydney is generally regarded as Australia's (if not the world's) most beautiful city, Brisbane has an awful lot of it's own eye candy.

Brisbane is the capital and most populous city of the Australian state of Queensland, as well as the third largest city in Australia, with a metropolitan population of just under two million. It is a city set close to the Pacific Ocean, and is situated beside the Brisbane River on plains between Moreton Bay and the Great Dividing Range in south-eastern Queensland.
The city straddles the Brisbane River, and its eastern suburbs line the shores of Moreton Bay. The Brisbane central business district is situated in a curve of a river. Covering only 2.2 square kilometers, it is easily walkable.
Brisbane has a lower inner city population density than Australia's two largest cities, Sydney and Melbourne, although constant population growth occurring in Brisbane is closing the gap between Brisbane and Melbourne.
The Port of Brisbane is an integral part of the Australia Shipping Industry, one of the country's fastest-growing economic development areas, and is a marketing partnership between the Queensland Government, the city of Brisbane, Brisbane airport and its seaport, originally proposed by a UK marketer who had also developed the Amsterdam airport Area zone.
As Queensland's largest city and state capital, Brisbane has an extensive transportation network within the city, as well as connections to regional centers, interstate and to overseas destinations. Public Transport in Brisbane is provided by bus, rail and ferry services. Bus services are operated by public and private operators whereas trains and ferries are operated by public agencies.
As Brisbane is just starting its housing boom, prices are still relatively cheap compared to Sydney/Melbourne , but prices are set to rocket as investors take advantage of this great opportunity
We have house and Land packages as well as Unit/Apartments in many areas in Brisbane.

Redbank Plaza shopping mall has 8 cinemas as well as a four floors of shopping.
Large manufacturing industries have also relocated to Ipswich. An Aluminium products factory has recently been built and a high quality paper manufacturer will soon begin construction of a new facility.
All these industries will promote employment and attract people to the area, as planned.
