#Being a Landlord ourselves, the Management and Staff of PR Australian Properties understand first hand the importance of Good Management. All our Property owners will receive a monthly commission statement showing the rents and the expenses and a minimum of 2 property inspections a year.

 

Property Management groups are very tightly controlled by The Residential Tenancies Act and they have a "duty of care" to the landlord which means they must arrange insurances( including Land lord protection insurance) do inspections, screen the tenants, do credit checks, check personal references and previous rental history checks etc.

 

You will receive a quarterly newsletter from PR Australian Properties which will keep you informed as to the state of the market, interest rates, any changes to the residential tenancy act etc. In fact anything that will impact on the property market.

*PERMANENT PROPERTIES

  • 5% Management plus 10% GST
  • 2.5% Letting Fee plus 10% GST

*HOLIDAY LETTING

  • 10% Management plus 10% GST
  • 2% Letting fee plus 10% GST

*Admin fee of $9 per month includes postage

*One week rent will be taken to secure the tenant in between tenancies

*Insurances for building, contents and land lord protection will be $550 per annum

*Rates depending on area but average at $1200 per annum

*Body Corporate is applicable for Units and Multiple dwelling , these range from $ $1000 pa to $5,000 pa
